| Kerobokan is the name given to the area running along the Seminyak, Umalas, Canggu strip that lines the coast. It is the rural belt between the beaches and the main city of Denpasar.
Hills and rivers are common to the area, providing some fabulous surroundings, and though it is being developed greatly, farmers are still working their fields and small local villages are very much a constant.
Its proximity to the many restaurants and boutiques of Seminyak and easy access to the beach makes it a desirable area in which to experience more of an authentic local rural surrounding, yet being close to the trend.
